Dynamite!

Charlie has found her true calling...  performing!  Is anyone surprised?  ha, I didn't think so!

Charlie (at the very last minute) decided to audition for the school's talent show.  I agreed, of course, I was so proud of her.  But... we did have a talk about the possibility that she might not make it into the show because we hadn't prepared an act or anything.  She didn't care.  She just wanted to give it a try.  So, I asked what song.  She said "Dynamite" and we were off to the races!

Of course, little Miss Charming made it (don't get excited... everyone made it)!  But regardless, she was one of the only kinder kids and Steve and I could not have been more proud.  We bought just the perfect outfit to compliment her personality and prepared for the big night.  

At dress rehearsal, I asked her to smile for me.  ha, I didn't get a smile... I got a pose!

But then again... she wouldn't be Charlie without a pose.

 And then I made her smile... thank goodness... because do you see those darling missing front teeth?  Precious!

Charlie was so in "her element" when she was up on that stage.  It was too cute.  Steve videotaped it and as soon as we can figure out how to get it on youtube, we will let you know!  It will for sure make your day brighter!
