Growing Daisies

Charlie FINALLY got to start Daisies this year!  She is so excited to be like big sister Ryan.  Daisies are the littlest form of Girl Scouting.  She will be a Daisy for kinder and first grade and then move on to Brownies in second grade.

So proud with the Daisy poster... Mommy is one of the leaders for the troop.  Charlie and I made this poster to teach the girls about each petal they will be earning over the course of the two years.

A better picture with Charlie, her poster, her milk carton for her mini flower garden, and her brand new smock that is ready for some petals!
Our little city is so lucky to have our own Girl Scout house in Old Town.  All the girl scout troops have designated times to use the house. Here are the girls playing the name game so that the leaders can learn every name and establish the rules of the troop.
Charlie raised her hand to share a rule she would like to have for the group.
I don't remember what it was... but it MUST have been a good one...LOL!
Our troop learning the Girl Scout Law.
So excited to start this journey with Charlie!
