Annual Couples PS Trip

We had our annual Palm Springs trip with the Pasadena crew a couple of weeks ago. We dropped the kids off at Nonna and Grandpa's house and then headed across town for a little grown up R & R!

Nonna and Grandpa were ready for the munchkins to show up with posters all across the front yard! The girls were so excited. Look at those smiles!

Steve and I are so grateful that my parents are able to do this each year so that we can have this great weekend with our friends!

And now... on to the REAL deal!

Golf or Pool time by 11:00. How awesome is that?

The group is up to 9 couples! Unfortunately, this year we only had 6 of the 9 represented! We are starting to realize that with everyone's schedules, life gets a little hectic to get everyone together for the same weekend. We were missing the Graces of Las Vegas, the newly married Travers of Arcadia, and the Smiths of Los Angeles! You guys were all greatly missed!

The twins hang out poolside... Colleen and Megan

All the ladies...

Dana, Claudia, Erin, Colleen, me, and Megan

The Cloughertys

Colleen, Vince, Erin, and Megan

The passing of the coveted trophy. Our 2011 winners.

Erin Clougherty and Bryan Sullivan

A shot of our twice annual "Convention Meeting." To get so many couples on the same page, we get our calendars and plan the year's events and discuss venues and plans. It's a very serious meeting...LOL! Seriously though, through all the laughing and talking over one another, we do actually get a lot accomplished at our meetings.

Unfortunately, the camera did not come out very often during the weekend. I didn't get pictures of most of the guys. Darn golf excursions get in the way of picture opps, I guess!

Until next time...

Lori - We are so grateful that you, Steve and your friends are able to Party each year in Palm Springs. It gives us an opportunity to have this fantastic weekend with our Grandkids! I actually think that we have way more fun than you guys! Anyway, keep on com'in! Love MOM
